Are you plagued by bad sleep, depression and anxiety? Have you tried buying a new bed or changing your diet and routine without success?

It might seem crazy to you but there is a simple solution for your ongoing pain that doesn’t require trips to the doctor or chiropractor. End your back pain with  simple stretches that can be done anywhere and only take a few minutes of your day! These simple stretches will literally change every aspect of your life and it only takes a few minutes each day!

For those suffering with back pain, this new development is the answer to a pain-free life.  Even though its seems counter-intuitive, movement is often the key to keeping back pain from limiting your activities. Tight muscles need to move to keep your back from stiffening up and to keep your spinal column aligned correctly.

Even your disrupted sleep is often caused by muscles being too tight. As if being in pain wasn’t bad enough, lack of sleep disrupts your brain and causes depression. When combined with your pain, this depression can affect every area of your life.

The key to healthy back is flexibility. All too often, we sit at desks all day and then come home and sit on our couch. Stiffness is the enemy of a health back and is often the underlying cause of unnecessary visits to the doctor or chiropractor.

If you make stretching a part of your regular routine, you will be amazed at the improvement in every aspect of your life.

Following this simple program will change your life. You will no longer feel trapped in your unhealthy body. You will be free to enjoy your life as you have not done in years!

Trunk Rotation Stretch: Lie on your back with your knees bent. Keep your upper back flat on the floor and rotate your legs one at a time until you feel a stretch in your lower back. Hold for 5 seconds per side and do ten times preside. This stretch creates mobility in your spine and relaxes the large muscles in your trunk.

Child’s Pose: A classic yoga pose, this stretch is great for all ages. You will begin on all fours and then reach your arms above your head in front of you on the floor. Allow your back to round and your weight to sink onto your heels. Hold for 10 seconds for 5 repetitions. This stretch allows for relaxation in your lower back.

Cat-Cow Stretch: Another yoga favorite, this stretch increase mobility and engages abdominal muscles. Begin on all fours. You will arch your back to the ceiling and hold. Then you will reverse the stretch and arch your back down toward the ground. Hold each part of the stretch for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times each.

Hip Flexor Stretch: Kneel on your mat. Lean forward over your bent knee. You will feel the stretch in your opposite thing. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times. This is the best way to make sure that your hips are not so tight that they are affecting your posture and causing back pain.
